With the amount of people selling burst for Wind/Earth, and the amount of people able to sell these quests, most likely many people won't care much anymore. These days for Earth/Wind to burst its either with the help of friends or guildmates, they have their own team or they have high leveled fires with them. I for once am trying to build a burst team, since its just too hard to find a team with an Earth.
