Who says Earth can't burst? The reason most people wouldn't want Earth/Wind in burst team is because it reduces the amount of EXP gain due to 1 less damager.

Most people who want a high level Earth/Wind will 1st create Fires so they can form their own team, because finding a team for Earth/Wind is very hard. i'm on my way there as well, still need to burst 1 fire.

So, either use this method, or have friends or guildmates help you in bursting.
