ok i just wanted 2 tell,
if the us cybercrime dept. finds porn pics/links/references etc on this site without a disclaimer, the owner of this site may hav 2 go 2 jail.
also if ppl post porn, n the owner dosent wanna be responsible, it shud be mentioned clearly that its the posters fault in the sign up document where we click <yes,proceed i aagree with all terms n conditions>
or other the way is 2 mak it a completely adult site with a disclaimer on a startup/homepage page where we hav 2 <agree> 2 enter the site, cuz thn the responsibility will fall in the hands of local cops n its internet dept.
this 1 was just 4 tellin, i suggest 2 add a disclaimer only on the sign up page and keep a brief noting of the registeration email accounts.
