I'm surprised that nobody has ever done a post on this. However, I think it would be interesting to see what everyone else is getting in this regard. That being said, here is what I have received for my "birthday" on my characters:

5 Hawaii Pizzas "Heals physical strength and spirit"
50 Go Cole +1000 hp
50 Curry Rice +1200 hp +600 sp (I am not certain this was a whole stack, but I believe so)
