I was on my Leo server and noticed that I hadn't gotten my Collection skill yet. I got it on my Capricorn account but I can't remember how.
Will someone please tell me what quest it is from?

No, you can always collect that stuff and fish but it just gives you better results when doing so. You get better, rarer items as you level up. |
