on pet settings on e con set 1st round skill to pet the 2nd 3rd round and 1st priority defend.
Then on party hp tick the tick box then drag his assist skill to that box, and set party hp to say 500 (or above max hp of burst pets and thier hp as they level).
So when any of the pets are hit by mobs he will cast his skill on them and will gain his exp that way
