i always say 180+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cannot stress enough how crap your cape will be if you are under 180. But i would go for 190+ if you can.
The past few days scorpio people have been really lazy and i have seen all these level 101-110 pass through rb with these massively high level people helping them. Every single time i go "You're cape will be stuffed up" and they don't care.. But they will in the future. It's totally worth to go all the way to 180 via bursting! Doesn't matter what excuse you have, it's not worth it! (Excuses: "i have no burst team", "i can't make syrups anymore", "i have no hammer")
