well first u need got her in north island, take wand for her, and after go to egypt for the sealed beads, u need reach cairo by sea (in egypt), enter in piramyd and fight with boss, u reward one bead.

After u need use a flying vehicle and reach the top of pyr, u will get the second bead, and one crystal i think (i forgot the name).

Use that crystal in front of sphinx, and u will fight vs Anubis 2 fights without recovery.

After it, go to iceberg, use flying vehicle to reach the top, and u will fight vs 4 dragons! Beat them, and finally u can go to mayan for fight with Dark Niss, u need enter in that place (in side of that game ball) with flying vehicle!
