err... sorry, what? limit lvl to go to other places? No, there is no PHYSICAL barrier that prevents a lvl 1 from travelling to other places, they can go to Oslya or even Ghost isle if they want!!! provided they have the transport...

I got my lvl 11 to Oslya once, to remote for crude oil and for the mighty plane design... just log off and log back on to escape fights.

if wanna lvling the limit to oslya is 50+ if wanna take plane design just any lvl but imposibble lvl 1 =.="
