Very simple. My programs are just: Wonderland Online and Windows' Paint.

So, I drew in the Wonderland Online's Insignia of Group interface.
When I finished the insignia, I clicked save-button to save the insignia.
Then I used [Alt]+[PrtScn] and pasted in the Paint.
Then I modify the picture a bit to have a good size and neat and I put the title there as well.
I saved it in png-file, then I delete the insignia in the game and I drew another insignia.

Nothing extraordinary and all free. XD
