First, you need to collect a lots a lots of wolf tooth before you try to compound to get it. cause it is very low success rate in randomly, rare to get dragon squama. So u need to keep trying compound to get it, anyway compound is depend on luck sometime ^^ But now, it is always working for me, so try to be patience when the time you are compound.
