I wanted to train in the Training Island again very much. I have done that twice. But when go to the official site and clicked on Draw Your Free Item link. I chose 'Training Tickets', for 3 weeks I have done that still no answer from IGG Tech ppl. I submitted a formal complaint on this topic. Guess what??? Still no affirmative response.

If this kind of trivial issue cannot be solved promptly, then how can they say they can track down hackers/scammers and shut them down. I believe it would be solved a.s.a.p. but we need a quicker response from IGG.
