yea i think i will probably start picking people who seem like they want to contribute the most (which could also mean post count). i dont want to have a set amount of posts before someone can edit them but spending time on the site definitely helps.

once i get the code in to keep track of who is creating/editing, i'll start locking down and creating admins of different sections.
