If you're talking about the Fire Sword... it's fake because it's only possible to obtain from Instace. If you're talking about items like the Swan Wing Helmet (which utturrt and vantiensinh both claim to have made), neither of those formulas work as far as I've seen. It is my duty to mark compounds as fake if they are impossible, which I do. Now there are several items which are quite possible to make, many in v4 (which I have made already since I got up this morning). There are several ways to make any item, but the ways some members of this site claim to make them are simply impossible. I have the fortitude to call them on it. If they can provide screenshots of the finished product, then I'll recant. Until then, I ask both of them to only post formulas they HAVE ACTUALLY MADE, not supposed formulas for various items. EDIT: Here are some links to back up my claims that they are posting invalid formulas that they have not actually created:

See why I mark some of their compounds wrong? Last edited Tue, 05 May 2009, 3:20pm by KaozReaper KaozReaper - for-hire Alchemist

When someone posts and item that is not in the correct translation, that is thusly a fake item. Searching for a Flaming Bi-Sword when it's called Twin Swords in IGG WL does no good. That is a fake item, no? KaozReaper - for-hire Alchemist

I don't know about the Spirit Ring, but the Bronze/King/Lord rings are from Instance, I'm certain. KaozReaper - for-hire Alchemist
