Ancient Bathtub: 40HP / 20SP every 5-6 seconds
Shower Equipment: 80HP / 5SP every 5-6 seconds

You can purchase items from the Item Mall to increase recovery of HP and SP, but this requires IGG points acquired from spending real life money.
