Seeing as there has been an influx of people who are moving to the CHWL servers it'd be safe to assume that this thread may come in handy in the long run for those who are interested in moving there and finding guilds/friends, whatever else you may require.
There has been a discord server made by Gosick, while I am not the creator of the server, I do request that whatever is spoken there stays appropriate, because while most of us are probably adults now, there are still possibly children around who may be impacted by content which is deemed as inappropriate. There are many reasons why children are often not allowed to view content as such until appropriate age has been reached, lets keep it that way.

☽ Discord is an application to the likes of TeamSpeak, Mumble, Skype and others. It is more versatile in the sense that it is a combination of all three mentioned and runs much more smoother than Skype ever could, it is completely free and can be used on the computer and your mobile device. It offers voice chat, text chat, complete customization of your own server and you can invite whoever you want to, with no limit to how many people are on your server.
☽ All you have to do now is to click on the link provided above or elsewhere, it will open a new page on your browser and then redirect to the Discord application if you have it installed or give you the choice to join through your browser if you don't have discord installed.
