Sure does mobile platform is as profitable, but IGG doesn't work on PC client based games, they just roll out updates bought from chinese game developers. But there is not much of a content to roll out since chinese also switched to mobile and browser games, ditching WLO and its successor NSO.

About subj it could be either chinese GM test server or reskin mod using content of unused game files (both pet and skill animation). Even though I would like to believe some puny updates are possible. I also believe in extraterrestiral life forms exist. Same possibility.
