I'm kind of a veteran to WLO, and I normally play on Gemini, but it's really dead. I hear that the Aries server is more lively and I would really like to be a part of that. Seeing more people makes the game more enjoyable, I don't care about how expensive things are haha.

I was wondering if I should make a character immediately after Maintenance tomorrow, of if I'm safe to make a character later in the morning. If I make one right after maintenance, what are my chances of getting a character?
