Just make your own 4 man team. Level them all up to 180. You dont have to worry about finding a burst team or you can just train them up normal. Also, if you need help with quests, you dont have to give them your password. Only time you give out password is to a trusted player that is on the wlo forum list who you hire to level up your characters. There are always players out there willing to help.
