As is the case with a market driven economy, prices are lowering as the supply of each item is increasing. Death Scythe is down to like 600k, Red Dragon is down to 600-650k, Fur Clothes is around 200k. It's the ebbing and flowing of an economy. Also, that list is quite outdated, prices have changed and so has stock.
