do another slave at 180. Why? cause you'll always be using that burst slave forever. You can still get your slave burst exp from selling burst if you get him to use fiery attack on cow so why not kill 2 birds with one stone? If you happen to be selling burst to a water, just burst your slave normally like a fire would.

I personally find it much harder to train a lvl 40rb with no con like somewhere like rome. So why not get it to lvl 180 and leave him at 81rb?

Dont focus on leveling him at all, just level your slave along with the person that you are working on. Even though he would be leveling quite slow, his pure str makes up for it so it seems like his lvl doesnt even matter. Eventually after bursting/selling so much,he will finally got to 180. True story from me. It's how i got my pure dmg dealer to 180

If you do plan on rbing at 140, i gotta say, you might have difficulty leveling him. Stick with 180. And you're burst slave will most likely stay around 40 forever since its hard to level. You would be missing out on the 120 potential points to be added on str.
(180-140=40lvls 40*3=120 stat points)
