Well, I don't think there is such thing as solo burst. Bursting is mainly using assisting skills to get exp.
If you want to level up your attacking skills or assisting skills as a water, you could always fight monsters higher level than u and use those skills.
If you want to level up assisting skills such as revive, you could have lvl 1 pet and keep making it die and reviving it.
