when i was a beginner all i cared about was burst but now lvl 139 water has weak attacking spells is there a easy way to lvl up attacking skills fast.

I have found many topics about solo burst, but which i really want is a way to burst my water with attacking spells to max them out. Is there a way to burst with attacking spells on a water?
I dont care about exp as long i level my fighting skills
