I think Xaolan would be a good fit for your Fire Wit.
-Xaolan has stone wall, fire mages (or high INT in general) has a pretty good chance that other matk moves will miss. Mages are often built like glass cannons or have the lowest CON int he party so having stone wall to avoid any physical damage is nice.
-Complimenting element. Xaolan is an Earth element but in addition to that, her ability Falling Star(?) is fire based so she she doesn't miss out on doing that extra damage to winds despite being the opposed element. Also her rebirth skill is Earth based, therefore she does extra damage to waters, where the fire mage would lack due to element disadvantage.

My experience: I built my Xaolan to be more of a Wit than a Seer/Priest. I don't really use her wall that often due to her low speed, but trust me, she hits hard and I love it. Also my team is composed of a Water Wit, Knight-mage Earth, Fire Wit, and Fire Killer so there is no need for me to use her wall when I have an earth already that outspeeds almost everything except in FB quest.

Other good pets would be something with physical damage and decent CON, acting in a sort of meat-shield. I had Victoria on one of my fire wits that worked out great. It allowed me to train her solo when I could not put together a full team to train with. On top of that, her skills hit hard so even a CON based Victoria can dish out some good damage to stack with your own.

For your Killer, I absolutely recommend a Shasha.
Killer's JS does more damage to sealed enemies and freeze overall causes more damage to be done. So basically, it's a 2 mini damage buffs. Not to mention, 2 person seals.

Cons: Shasha typically is harder to build because of her natural ability being STR, she loves to build that sometimes. If it's not STR then it's WIS when she would do best with INT>CON>AGI. To make up for this, i actually throw Thorn Rings from the instance Fiery Challenge. Even though it has crap for stats, it increased sealing chance by 5%, and they look pretty cool to me.
