I've given them tons of IMs and added lots of crit bombs to their weapons

but besides that, im restartin my team when I finish with them, now that I would know hoe to make them properly. I'm still going to use them of course, they will still be of great use to me, but only for burst and quests, so that it'll be a bit easier and better.

any tips on that?
