By hackers, do you means scammers? Scammers are just people who get your info by just asking you, and if you for some reason actually believe them, will take your account. Hackers, I don't really know. I've never ran into a hacker in WLO so I don't know how they do it. If it's one of those password decoders, then all you have to do is make a better password. I think there are also a few viruses that will find out your password if you type it into WLO. All I can recommend for that is be careful with what you download.

Edit: Also, If you send in a support ticket I think they will help you. One of my friends was hacked, but was able to get it back and he didn't even know his email.
