I had this problem before also haha , but i just ignored it , go ahead and RB :) ~ Then I just do quest or instances or nowadays even the online treasure box gives forgotten scroll ( but it's really rare tho ) . But yeah , don't RB at 100 , the cape will be useless even if you add powerful diamond into it :/ , try to burst more and get to a higher lvl before you RB . Good luck :) !
