Don't ask me, because I don't know if it is really impossible.

Because this game can surprise you many things. Maybe his friend has used 3x exp pots or 8x exp pots. Or whole time 2x exp pots from Item Mall.

Or he knows the way how to train really fast without goddess skill. Teaming up with other strong guys.

I can explain you about it in the step-to-step plan that you really like, NoMoreFcuk.

1. Unequip all items, so your equips won't break.
2. Join in a team with the high level fastest earth user and strong fire attacker.
3. The fire attacker must get same (or close to the) your speed for combo.
4. Train with a high level mob which can't use magic. A lot higher than your own level
5. Use 2x exp pots (or other exp pots)
6. Let earth always use stone wall on you in the begin of the battle.
7. You and fire make a combo on high levels mobs and Earth can use debuff on other mobs.

This way you will get a lot of exp and will really level up fast without usage of bursting and goddess skill. It is possible that he can leveled up from lv 20 to lv 70 in 3 days with level 80 mobs in China or level 100 in Egypt.

And that free slot in your team can be used by a high level water user, for healing them.

Erm .. no offense

1. Equipment would be fine, it wont break ... mobs not too high lvl, starting at jellyfish will be nice.
2. Important is a water with shrink -def, and a fire with critical weapon will deal massive dmg and get high exp.
3. Yup, all attackers about the same spd will be great, and the pets same with pets which attack.
4. Bursting dont required to train with high lvl mobs, it only use sp pots , no need much hp pots and wont coz eq to wear.
5. Exp pots are useless in bursting.
6. Earth/ wind cast skill like water but not greater than water's gs( shrink) that -def to let attacker deal massive dmg.
7. Combo is depend on spd at no.3

During x2 for 3days, actually 2.5days(he dc) with adv remote and bursting with his own high lvl char,1 wind, 1 fire and 1 water.The exp of earth get 11~15k(during x2 and lv1~8 pet)and keep droping till (4~6k during x2 while pet get to lv12~15). He burst at senior beetles. Water act as buff/debuff in bursting.

Note: The exp varies in the dmg deal by the attack, while the sucess of combo depend on spd (combo).
For standard 3fire and 1water in a team bursting the exp will be:-
Low lvl(low dmg): 3~6k exp
Higher lvl(high dmg): 6~8k exp
Rich ppl with critical weapon: 10k+ depends on the how much critical deal (if 3 fire deal critical together will get about 22k+ exp depends of the dmg deal[eq and str])

All the exp above are accoring to fire element and not during x2.

IMO i'd say it's only messy and confusing for fire, since they have to lower their speed. for waters, it's pretty easy, i have my skills HotKeyed in the order i need to use them
Shrink, water shield, Freeze, Sleep, Shrink. :) so basically, 1, 2, 3, 4, 1

another suggestion for you:

make a new account,
make some level and put everything in wis that you have at least 2 debuffs...better 3 :)
make your own small burst team if you have gs :) or just ask your friends
catch horses
and "burst" :D
i made from level 10 to level 21 in about 1 hour with my fire mage :) it would be faster coz my team was me, level 76 fire gs, then my water level 37 gs :D and my level 10 fire mage without gs and only sd at the beginning...so 1 strong fire missed in the team but still a good speed of leveling :)
