when does your prime stop working and your Jr alchmey start? my prime is only at lvl 7 but i have the Jr alchmey already

When you are on the compounding screen there's a checkbox that says "use Junior Alchemy" If you want to use Junior Alchemy make sure that is checked before you start compounding.
