Hey guys. CommAnDer here. ummm im helping a friend get fred but it wont let us through into The Sky City. I've checked and they have completed all of the required quests. What is going on?

try go w/ a plane or airship. cant go there if u use spacecraft e.e Leo.

Try going with a plane or the IM teleporting things or re-check guide and all quests. I'll paint those roses blue.
