I just compounded a "Soul Staff" with the following compound formula:
Forest Staff + Silvery Winged Shoes + Dragon Scale
Based on the results I would probably set this item at around a 30-45k resale price.
3K+ spent on items, about 6-8k worth in gold ores used to get bullion.
from what I can see, Soul Staff and Ghost Staff are the same item. Fixed Ghost Staff compound result to say Soul Staff.
