i wanna know how to go to 199 i know about buff/debuff training at sharks but what skillz and element do u use some one help plz :)

You can save yourself the trouble by 1 level if you only are going 199 for the cape. Lv 198 provides a +80 cape, same as 199.

Use the standard burst set up for the water with a modification for revive/recover ect.
