with proper bursting I was getting 250-300 on 2x

of course, potions and statues dont work on burst, but they do work on regular training, so that's something to consider.

u know how much time take that a waste for month only 1 levels
17 months need do 15r for be lvl 199 not 19 becuz u can do quests and get capsules to lvl up to lvl 182 but still after this 17 months u will be 199
and if i was rb at 180 i will be 140+ rb xD

yeah there's a lot of things that can be done while you wait for the weekly 15r:
-do quests
-train/burst pet
-burst alt
-help friends in quests/train/burst
-manufacture

on the other hand, some people may not care for the 17 points difference on the cape, which I'm not sure is that much of a difference

I'm still not sure what I'm gonna do, but I'm in no hurry either

i dont believe its a waste anymore but the problem is finding a team.. ive been a few days now and having trouble finding the right ppl to debuff with and such.
oh well.. i hope i find a team soon x.x

I know someone said that it takes a long time and with exp caps from 15rc, which has recently become 20rc, and I'm aware this post is old, however the person said with getting exp caps from 15rc you get one level per month, which is not true. xD I got my earth to 180 about a month and a half ago, and she is now 184 just from exp caps from 20rc and the occasional cap from NT. I definitely think it's worth it to take them to 199. You won't have to worry about breaking their eq when doing quests at 180+, and even if you rb them at 199, they're level 100 so there's still some risk in breaking eq from some things but not as much if you rbed at lvl 180 and were lvl 81+ (rb)
