for a fire, would they need atk clothes? sorrie, im new ^^

It depends what kind of fire you are making, for instance, you could have a Fire Mage, ATK clothes would completely be useless, also levels would help as well.

For a Strength type fire(strength meaning attack) you would need attack clothes. Most fires wear these clothes for attack. (By pure i mean that it only has attack no other stats)

Eagle headwear/ dragon helmet/ and or iron helmet all of those are attack helmets

Red dragon gown/ Fur Clothes/ and silvery armor all pure attack body armor except for silvery armor

Gold rip bracers and steel thorn bracers Pure attack armor

Bloody war boots the highest pure attack boot armor

For fire mages( mages being magic attack or matk in game)

Bead torque/ Dark wizard cap/ and star cap all mostly pure matk head gear except for Star cap

Lord gown/ evil gown/ War Demon Armor/ morning wear all mostly pure matk body armor except for morning wear

Magic Glove/ Giant Demon gloves/ magic gloves and wizard gloves All mostly pure matk wrist armor except for wizard gloves

Cat claw boots/ Mana fur boots/ sky boots/ and water shoes Sky boots are the only highest pure attack boots but cat claw boots have the highest matk possible

You didn't mention weapons? This is what I use:

Mage or MATK - Fire Swords from instance (Instinct Temple Incident) or Thut's Wand (Crit Weapon from Cairo).
Melee or STR - Twin Swords from instance (Instinct Temple Incident), Heavy Spear or Acuminate Halberd (Crit Weapon from Cairo).

Also for Melee or STR head gear, a lot of players use Snow Ears. (:
