can we get training vouchers in quests or something else??

Aside from the draw free item button on the site, when you register for an account, there's a slot there for 'Buzz Code'. As an example:
User: sample1
Pass: xxxxxxx
Repeat pass: xxxxxxx
e-mail: Gabriel_scout@wlodb.com
Buzz Code: 10632057

Note that the buzz code is real and not mine. Once done with registering, there would be a button that says: 'click here to get limited item gift bag'. Once you click it, you should receive a training ticket and some other more giveaways including a fire panda voucher.

Keep an eye on forum events on the Main WLO forum. Sometimes they hold events where they give away Training Vouchers and other good stuff as prizes.

You can see multiple buzz codes, it varies from player to player. In my case, I used a buzz code I saw on the internet. You can ask your promoter friends for the buzz codes so both of you can benefit. As for the form I set as an example, that would be for registering an account.
