I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to train if you are lvl 92 without your equips breaking and decent exp. Note this is lvl 92 not rb 92. If anyone can help I'd be very very grateful

Try JS cave in Chang'an, or the Crit weapon cave in Cairo, they both are good. Note the JS cave mobs are level 87 or so, you might prefer the Cairo passage for training. The Cairo mobs are under level 100, so your equips should be safe.
