The database doesn't tell me this, but what monster will drop ink? I remember that I got ink from one a long time ago, but I can't remember which.

There is no monster dropping any ink, as far as I know. Maybe that ink had one more word in it's name?

If you mean an Ink - a fluid material, rank 1; I'm not sure which animals drop it but you can look at compounds and see what you need to make this ;p

Chicken farm, collect feathers and compound it with barley or seeds. or w/e stuff you get from chickens you don't want.
Feathers is same base as ink and you get ink form its fails. So chicken or w/e bird drops feathers is lower rank without wasting your high lvl feather stuff.
