For some yes for me it happened constantly. Try uninstalling then deleting the whole wl program folder then reinstalling. after reinstalling either download the patch or let it update on its own. Then you could after the patch is done and put in either use the alogin .exe monkey or run main.exe as administrator and your problems SHOULD be solved. The smart thing to do there, was to contact 24\7 live support. Thats where i fixed mine, Probably the dude that helped you to.

Yeah, but sometimes the way they say dont work anyway..
cause once i tried to open wlo folder, and start the aLogin, or the Main.. still "web is busy bla bla" in that case, just restart pc, and try again, always worked for me xD

Read, this is very important! This problem started with the 1st june maintenance. I asked to online support, it said there have been some problems with that, but when it says "web is busy", you can login anyway.

june 1st maintenace seams to have messed up lots of people... check for ur mall items to see that they are all there.... "lost" gold loops(weapon) and they haven't done shit about it ...but its resolved... just like web busy prob... they screwed something up in programing and won't do anything to fix it...only time u have to try old method of login is after each maintenance for game updates... using monkey to get in is way faster and no problems PS web can't be busy if u bypass the program that gives u "web busy"
