Having a Mill allows you make as many as a full stack of a thing, rather than just one at a time.

(The only exception is the fruit grown with turf, because the amount of one run can be increased from 10 to 40 by adding Parterre, French Window, and Fence. With all those, you can make 4 stacks of a fruit.)

Adding more Mills will not increase the effect.

No, it's a bit different. Mill allows you to produce up to 50 items at once, instead of default one.
Computer allows you to produce 5 different kinds of items one after another.

Mill = Producing large quantity in a row.
Computer = Producing different types in a row.
Mill + Computer = Producing large quantities of a diiferent types of items in a row.

Next time please, use the search option before posting- Mill was explained few times already here. I'm glad that you're using existing topics for your questions, but there is still a space for improvements for you ;)
