Well, I think you'll have the chance to get more potions and tickets before you get to the point where you'll want to do the rebirth thing. Ideally, you would hold off on rb as long as possible to get the best rb equip-- the higher your level, the better the stats.

Training Island adds a 200 exp bonus to whatever you get. That part won't get multiplied by potions or 2x events.
