The egg for the "Stubborn Hen Quest" can be found when you fly to the cliff's (near the sea side) on south island (someone on the official forums posted an image of him flying in his UFO to the nest with the eggs).

me too want to know for the shot put... i'm sure to see it in some npc props, but haven't find it and think i'm wrong... :(
