Easiest way to contact that person is to get a Mail Box made in game. Then you can mail anyone instead of being limited to friends and guildmates.

someone likes my names and thinks they can be me. I am unique and the first with my names which means I'm creative and imaginative!

Nobody has any "copyright" over certain names. A Twilight fangirl took the name of Eclipse that I wanted to have for my water alt (and this Eclipse I am talking about is an OC in my fanfics), so I have named my alt xEclipse. Just get over it, like I did.
