HuniB,
First you need to upload the image. You can do that here at WLODB or at several other free or pay sites. Once uploaded you will need to know the URL to the image. For example http://wlodb.com/files/fishing.jpg The URL by itself just makes a link. However, if you put [ IMG] just before and [ /IMG] just after the URL you will get the image to show up in your post or signature. I believe they are called HTML tags. Be sure there are no spaces between the Tags and the URL or in the Tags themselves. Any spaces you see in my post it to make the Tags show up as text so that you can read it. The example below has spaces between the Tags and the URL and so it doesn't embed the image into the post.

[ IMG] http://wlodb.com/files/fishing.jpg [ /IMG]

Important note: Please be sure not to link in some huge image. It can be construed as inconsiderate to the readers and it's just a waste of space.

Hope this helps.
