if you have your radio, I would suggest starting the quest yourself until the 1st big fight. Goto the waterfall on S Island and talk to the statue there, then get yourself to Inchion and talk to the woman in the house who asks you to go get the crystal ball. Also set your record to this village.
Then goto the water fall in that zone and enter the water fall, you should not run into any mobs on your way there. Once insise, goto the back of the underwater cave, theres some pixie looking mobs in the underwater cave, if you get into a battle just log out before the 1st round and then log back in and avoid the battles. Once you get to the pentagram and can see the crystal ball, DONT touch it. Jump onto world chat and ask if anyone can help you with the 1st GS quest fight against the big white ugly dude. You should be able to find someone willing to go help you with 1 battle that you are already for. Spawn back to Inchon, talk to the guy in the house, the woman comes back in during that conversation, and then you are eventually asked to go back. This time you go to the abatior and will be teleported when you walk onto it, from there, look for the room with the mirrors, get the light to go into the keyhole and walk into that door. Once you get into that door, DONT move at all. This area auto starts once you walk too close. From this area hit the world chat channel again and ask for help with the 2nd GS fight.
Bring 5 stars with you to pay the angel for the skill. If you die during the battle and arent resed, it's ok. This happened to me, I died on the last round. I still completed the quest objective of killing the bats anyway. So don't worry about it if you end up dead. Just always use defend and don't take a pet.
