to burst victoria you need to make her raise all the cows/horses attacks. I don't have victoria yet but i saw someone do it, you need to make the attack raising move thingy for all the moves on the cows/horses. but if you have team of fires and 1 water dont use it on a fire cause then they can't use gs. idk why but you need to use it on the water if you already did all the other pets. and because she uses stat moves you don't need to have spd 0. well i think that's how you do it. :)

Victoria is easy to burst they say,shell lvl up fast they say. she is a super confusing pet to burst i think
