today I reborned to a knight (earth) and Iam training in training isle. I got many 4 , 5 potions what would be the best way to get xp in there at lvl 83? and what are other places good for rb?

Sharks (after u defeat first fight against sealord and get the key to open the place), gunards at seabed palace too.
Leopards on athens, Demopn trees at hanging garden, owls, parrots, turtles at turtle isle near of hanging. :)

Pangolins in Rome are sucha nice monsters to train on ^^. If you don't wanna break eq while training there you should have minimum 107 lv. They are lvl 120-125 and they don't make large dmg :]
