to get the Steam ship design you have to go to south pole with a team lv65+
(i did it with a water lv80+ and i am earth 58)

and before that, you need a large assembly tool and a steam engine

-click on the steam ship
-go in the cave
-go to the north portal (up right XD)
-go on and explore XD
-you'll see the captain in DANGER ! WOLFS ! help him ......
-get out of the cave and talk to the captain
-give him the large assembly tool and the steam engine

and you'll get your reward!

Also, they tell you to bring an assembly tool, but don't tell you what items you are going to need to make.

This post, as a guide, could be much better than it is.

and for peterpan_loves_tigerlilly, for one, Peter Pan loved Wendy and 2nd, there was a time you didn't know the quest yourself, so don't act so high and mighty that someone else doesn't knwo it now.
