I'm new and i want to learn how to take "Training Ticket" and Rifle.

If you go to:
http://wl.igg.com/event/gift1/
You will get one free training ticket.
Once you get your training ticket in your inventory, simply double click on it and answer yes to be lead to the training. I suggest going there once you've reached level 10, cause otherwise your equipment might break.
For future training tickets, you'll have to buy Item Mall Points (IM points) or be lucky and be able to buy it from another player in-game for a lot of gold.
The rifle is a gift you get from the Level 2 adventurer bag (see also the above link.
