the fuel for the submarine is high uranium no fine uranium.
next to that be aware a submarine can be stolen if you not in it. a car or a plane is not possble but a submarine is.

if a sub got stolen, it means you dragged and dropped it out of your inventory. by just double clicking it to pop it out, you can ride it, and its still technically in your inventory.
