I pointed out this page a long time ago. They have recently added a Training Voucher so I thought I would mention it again. If you redeemed your stuff a long time ago, try again. I was able to get more.

1x Training Voucher - This looks to be a one time thing only.
1x Gold Reward - 3000g I think this is supposed to be one time only.
1x Gift Pack - The Gift Pack is not just one Pack. It's several items. SP & HP food, Weapons, and Amity items. You can get a Gift Pack every time you meet one of their level requirements. Some Gift Packs take up to 9 inventory spots. Highest pack gets you 150x +850 SP and 150x +850 HP.

Just a side note. You do have to go get the gift pack each time you reach a new bracket. Signing up once won't get it for you.

Also aside from the training ticket all of those items can be trade/sold so anyone who wants to take the time to train a few characters to the next bracket each week can make quite a bit.
